We're thrilled to assist you with our delicious offerings, and we want your experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here's a friendly rundown of our delivery and catering terms:


1.    Free Delivery: Good news – if your order exceeds $100 and is within the QEII Medical Centre area, delivery is on us! For orders beyond this zone, we'll arrange swift courier services, and the associated courier costs will be covered by you.
2.    Delivery Timing: Please keep in mind that due to traffic conditions, our courier deliveries might vary by around 10 minutes. Your patience is appreciated!
3.    Item Collection: We care about your convenience! After your function, event, or meeting, our team will happily collect any hired or reusable items. Just let us know a suitable time for collection to avoid any interruptions. Need extra help with setup, packing, cleaning, or delivery outside our standard terms? Reach out to our friendly staff – we're here to assist!
4.    Supplies: Your order comes complete with disposable napkins, plates, cups, and/or cutlery as needed. Curious about pricing for reusable and additional items? Feel free to ask!


Trading Hours:


We're here to serve you from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you're planning something special over the weekend, drop us a message, and we'll happily discuss delivery times and associated fees.


GST & ABN:


All our quoted prices include the necessary GST charges. We operate under the name WA Hospitality Pty Ltd, trading as Food Hall, and our ABN is 55 449 389 492.


Order Modifications:


Menu Selection & Changes:


Got a specific menu in mind? Fantastic! Let us know your final menu selections at least 2 days before your booking date. If you have any last-minute changes, we'll do our best to accommodate. Sometimes, we might suggest substitutions based on availability – we want you to have the best culinary experience!


Dietary Requirements:


Got dietary preferences or restrictions? We've got you covered! Please provide your final dietary requirements at least 2 days before your booking date. Late changes or additions are welcome – we'll work our magic and suggest substitutes if needed.
 

Last-Minute/Same-Day Orders:


Need something fabulous on short notice? No worries! Our team is here to handle those last-minute orders. Count on us to meet your catering needs promptly and with a smile.


Cancellations:


Life happens, and plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel, just give us a heads-up at least 24 hours before your event (48 hours for larger orders). Please note that charges may apply due to stock loss or labor costs.
 

Broken/Missing Equipment:


Accidents happen, and we understand. If any equipment gets broken or goes missing, we'll replace it for you and add the charges to your account – no stress!
 

Pricing Adjustments:


We believe in flexibility! We reserve the right to adjust menus, pricing, and services to suit your needs. And yes, all the prices you see include GST – transparency is our policy!
 

Payment Terms:


Payment is as easy as pie! We offer various payment methods, including cheque, EFT, Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. Please note a 1.75% surcharge applies to credit card transactions. First time ordering? We'll need a 50% deposit upon confirmation, with the remaining 50% due within 7 business days post-event.


Refund Policy:


We're committed to your satisfaction! If something isn't quite right with your order, reach out to us immediately. Whether it's an incorrect product, missing items, or any other concern, we'll issue a refund or credit note for the affected item/s. Just shoot us an email at [email protected] within 48 hours of your delivery.

We want everyone to enjoy our food safely. Please be aware that our commercial kitchen may contain trace elements of seafood, nuts, and other allergens. If you or your guests have allergies, take necessary precautions.
 

Functions Quoted in Advance:


Price Adjustments:


Planning ahead? We understand! For functions scheduled more than 6 months from the quoted date, prices may increase by up to 10% within 3 months prior to the event. This is subject to supplier price changes, but don't worry – we'll keep you in the loop!


Force Majeure Clause:


Sometimes, life throws unexpected challenges our way. If unforeseeable events like extreme weather, fires, or governmental acts impact your event, we completely understand. Food Hall is here to help and will adjust accordingly.
